Each Spring, the beautiful daffodil fields at Parson's Reserve come to life thanks to the wonderful efforts of the Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust (DNRT). This cherished local tradition invites the community to enjoy thousands of blooming daffodils that brighten the landscape and celebrate the arrival of spring.
Today, our residents had the pleasure of visiting these stunning fields, and it was truly a special experience. Walking among the vibrant yellow blooms, enjoying the fresh air, and sharing in the peaceful beauty of nature brought smiles to everyone’s faces. Moments like these remind us how important it is to get out, explore, and connect with the world around us.
DNRT works year-round to preserve Dartmouth’s natural spaces, and the daffodil field is just one example of how they create opportunities for people of all ages to connect with nature. Each year, visitors are welcomed to walk the fields, take in the scenery, and share in the simple joy that these flowers bring.
We are so grateful to have such a beautiful place in our community—it truly made for a day to remember.

Each year, we’re honored to join the Alzheimer's Association Rhode Island Chapter Caregiver Conference alongside members of multiple LCB community leadership teams.

This annual event gives us the opportunity to share our Walk in Their Shoes dementia simulation—an immersive, body-based experience that helps caregivers more deeply understand what their loved ones are going through.

Our Mixology Signature Series Event was a huge success, bringing together great flavors, music, and even better company. Our very own Executive Director, Kevin, stepped into the spotlight as the Master Mixologist, crafting three delicious cocktails: “Sip Happens Señorita Margarita,” “Liquid Sunshine,” and “Summer Sangria.” For those looking for a refreshing non-alcoholic option, we also enjoyed two fabulous mocktails—Pineapple Fizz and Strawberry Kiwi Spritz!
Dining truly elevated the experience with incredible food pairings including bacon-wrapped pineapple, mango salsa cups, shrimp cocktail, and more—each bite perfectly complementing the drinks of the evening.
To top it all off, the talented Tony & Pat Duo filled the room with live music, and before long, the dancing began!
It’s moments like these—full of laughter, connection, and joy—that remind us all to live our very best lives. Cheers to many more nights like this!
