As of Monday, December 15th, we will not be making any appointments over the phone unless an emergency as we prepare to transition to our new EMR system.
We go live with our new system on December 29th and will be accepting phone call appointments then. With this transition, please understand there may be longer wait times as we become acclimated with our new software. Please be patient with us.

Wednesday, December 17th-afternoon only
Thursday, December 18th- afternoon only
Friday, December 19th- All day
