Every thought in our mind
Every emotion in our heart
Every sensation in our body

…is our souls way of communicating with us. By slowing down we get closer to our sense of self, our wholeness … our soul.

We remember who we are behind the noise, the pain, the hurt, the worry … the aloneness.

We remember who we are behind the false narrative of our wounds and the wounds of our ancestors.

We remember our SOUL… the love, the trust, the light in ourselves and each other

… and each step forward, we are able to choose how we want to show up in the world and remember our innate capacity to live a soul-led life with peace, harmony, good health and happiness. 💫💜
