Did you forget to do your self-exam on the 1st?
No worries, it’s never too late to start! Making self-exams a monthly habit helps you notice subtle changes in your body early on.

Take a few minutes each month to check:
💗 Breasts/Chest: Lumps, bumps, dimples, growing veins, or changes in color or texture.
🍒 Testicles: Any new lumps, swelling, or changes in shape or firmness.
☀️ Skin: New moles, spots that change in color or size, or anything that looks different from the rest.

Your body knows itself best — regular checks help you catch changes early. If you have any concerns, give us a call. We’d be happy to point you in the right direction!
