The Role
We’re hiring a Psychiatric Provider to join our growing multi-disciplinary team. You’ll provide high-quality psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborate closely with therapists who actually return your messages.
You’ll have full autonomy over your schedule and style — with real admin support so you can focus on what you’re trained to do.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations
- Provide medication management and follow-ups
- Collaborate with therapists & leadership team
- Document in our streamlined EMR (we keep tech simple)
- Optional: help shape new specialty programs (ketamine-assisted therapy, innovative treatment tracks, etc.)
What You Bring
-PMHNP, NP, PA, DO, or MD with psychiatric focus
-Active Iowa license
-Illinois license or willingness to obtain (we help with this)
-Heart for people + brain for medicine
-Desire to be part of something growing, not stuck
