Thrive Counseling of the Quad Cities, PLLC.
is growing and looking to add an LISW, LMSW, LMHC or LMFT who is compassionate, non-judgmental, warm, motivated, LGBTQIA+ affirmative, multi-culturally competent therapist.

Someone with experience and expertise providing therapy for individuals, families and couples.
** Must be licensed in Iowa.
***Clinicians must be able to work with a diverse group of clients with varying mental health concerns,
experience and education in treating trauma.

Clinicians will be able to make their own hours and work with clients in person and telehealth.
Clinicians must be able to build strong rapport with clients, diagnose, evaluate and develop effective treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
Therapist would have the freedom and flexibility of a private practice while at an established practice.

All business services provided, including, billing, scheduling, claim filing, practice software, etc.
Supervision can be provided if needed, only for providers who see adults 18+.

We just met with this incredible organization and learned about all their services. It’s an amazing program that supports women and their families leaving domestic violence.

Help support them through visiting their cafe and bath and body shop! I had the best Latte there today. They have the cutest soaps, bath bombs, lotions and more.

Addesyn Hermes is now offering couples counseling! She was trained on the Gottman Method, a couples therapy approach founded on decades of research. She’s fantastic and easy to talk to. Clients love her.

Hey all! We have openings at Thrive Counseling of the Quad Cities, PLLC. for new clients, adults and couples, 18+!

Katie Flynn recently completed training for perinatal mental health for anyone experiencing postpartum mood and anxiety disorders from Postpartum Support International.

Shes also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor for anyone experiencing Issues with body image.
She has AM, afternoon and some 4pm spots.

Addesyn Hermes is Gottman trained level 1 and 2 for anyone in need of couples counseling.
Addesyn has morning and afternoon spots until 3pm at this time. Limited evening.

We all offer Telehealth and in person.
Addesyn and Katie accept Blue Cross plans and self pay.

I focus on life transitions, EMDR, anxiety and depression. I take Blue Cross and United.
