Our very own Bre was on the news! 🤩 She did an amazing job talking about her workshop "Nervous System Pathways, Hormone Rhythms, and Language" happening this Saturday.

At Blue Tree, we know that compassionate and skilled clinicians are at the heart of the healing process. In honor of our five year anniversary, we're celebrating Bre, one of our incredible Associates! We are so lucky to have her knowledge, expertise, and dedication that she brings to every session.

One of the best things about Blue Tree is it's structure: upon it's conception, there was a consensus among the owners to empower other therapists to open their own private practices while still offering resources and support. Our Blue Tree structure gives our Associates the freedom to build their own business while still offering clients the warm, connected feel of a group practice.

Whole Hearted Connections is Bre's private practice, where she continues to grow a following on social media and build a podcast called Interconnections with Madi and Bre on Spotify. Her public speaking and presentations are always evolving, and we are truly grateful that she has chosen a home such as Blue Tree to continue to grow her own practice.

In honor of our 5 year anniversary, we continue to celebrate the journey of Blue Tree!

What began as a shared vision between four dedicated clinicians has grown into a thriving practice where growth is celebrated, hope is restored, healing happens, and empowerment takes root every day.

We couldn't have reached this milestone without the trust of our clients, the brilliance of our team, and the unwavering commitment of our four owners.

Have you ever wondered why we're called Blue Tree?

A tree is a powerful symbol of our life and the therapy journey.
* The Roots: They represent our past, and provide stability and a foundation. They form interconnected networks allowing us to be adaptable and resilient.
* The Trunk: This is our inner strength, our courage and confidence, and the core Self we are born with and rediscover through healing. It’s what helps us stand tall through the storms.
* The Branches: They reach out, representing our growth, our relationships, and the new possibilities that open up as we heal.
* The "Blue": Blue represents tranquility, depth, and stability. It's the calmness and clarity we help people find within themselves.

For five years, we've been honored to help people nurture their own trees through curiosity, creativity, and connection. It's a journey of growth, and it's a privilege to be on this journey with you.

Five years! Five years of holding space. Five years of witnessing growth. We are overjoyed and deeply grateful to celebrate Blue Tree's 5 Year Anniversary!
When we first opened our doors, our mission was simple: to create a safe, welcoming space for healing and growth. To every person who has trusted us with your story, to our incredible team of dedicated therapists, and to our supportive community - Thank you! You are the reason we are here.

Bre is excited to announce she will be offering Community Workshops beginning this Fall!

Are you trying to prioritize your health and well-being?
Would you consider yourself a curious person or life-long learner?
Do you wish to have the opportunity to meaningfully engage in a creative project on your own, with a buddy, or a few friends?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then these Community Workshops are for you!

Jennifer Mullan, PsyD in her book Decolonizing Therapy (2023) reminds us that from an Indigenous lens what we experience and our healing practices directly impacts the course of the following seven generations - so lets gather and learn how we can differently prioritize our health and wellbeing for ourselves, our community, and the generations that follow.
