Inner Glow Bodywork and Yoga Studio Healing myself and helping others find their healing is my passion. Before I became a massage therapist I worked in physical therapy for 13 years.

This work laid the foundation for everything I do today. When I began massaging, I focused solely on relaxation but as time passed, I began integrating much of my background into the massage techniques I use. I offer a comprehensive massage that uses a physical therapy foundation and combines it perfectly with massage therapy. My love for the human body has led me on a journey to seek out other modalities to support my client's healing journey. I recently became a Reiki practitioner and a yoga teacher and offer individual and small group sessions to my clients. I have found this combination of skills and services to be the perfect way to help others find their healing so the world can see their Inner Glow.
