Our meeting will take place from 5:30-7pm at

All monthly meetings are FREE, OPEN to the public, and family friendly! All are welcome!

At our meetings, you can try on any of our large selection of lending library carriers (we have over 50!), get fit help with a carrier that you own, or simply ask questions and hang out! If you are a member of our lending library, you may also check out and return carriers.

New to babywearing? Expecting? Or just need a refresher? This is the workshop for you! We will go over babywearing safety, the different styles of carriers, and the basics for use and care. There will be time for Q&A as well as time to try out some different carriers or get help with one of your own.

Advanced Sign-up is required.

$15 - You are financially stable and don't have to keep track of spending
$10- You are financially stable but have to budget some

Donations can be made in cash at the event or through PayPal ().

This organization is an amazing resource in our community. Where you can go and try and loan and try out Before purchasing. I loved having this resource with my kids and recommend them to all my client’s.

Quad City Babywearing is having a Babywearing 101 Workshop at Refuge Wellness Collective on 1/31. It is a pay-what-you-can event. We will be going over babywearing safety, the different types of baby carriers, and how to use them. We will also have time for questions and trying on carriers.

As the year comes to a close
I was so blessed to work with the best families this year. From postpartum work to home birth to hospital birth to even a fun kitten birth 😆💕
I was able to support family from the quad cities all the way to Des Moines this year!
I can’t wait to see where life takes me this next year!
My goals for the coming year are to grow in my body movement knowledge because spinning babies has become one of my favorite parts of supporting. And many other trainings in the works!

Here is an updated availability and as we get more into August and beyond months please message me if you are looking for support!
I do travel to Iowa city and have a ton experience up there at this point!

Hello! Exciting things happening I have 1 doula opening left this year!
These are my my availablity for birth doula services for the next 6/7 months.

Hey friends it’s been a long time since I’ve posted.
I have decided to slow down on my doula work for a bit to allow sometime to take care of me and also my family. As many of you know on top of being a doula I am also a mom to a little boy who has special needs. I’ve been soaking up so much time with him since he has become more verbal. Just really seeing the world through his eyes and it’s just the coolest thing seeing him come alive.
My other little one I’ve been able to do reading groups and be more active in his school.
I absolutely adore being a doula and with anything there are seasons where we need to take off one hat and put another on.
That being said I am taking clients still.
I’m not super active on this plateform cause social media is just hard.

2025 availability for labor Doula!
I know I’m so bad at updating my birth page on what is going on.
I’m still here and I’m still a doula i just don’t get on social media a ton and I need to get better!
I have filled my calendar a little this year already but still have some availablity for this year!

Postpartum doula work I have actually a decent amount of openings for you!

If you know anyone that is pregnant send them my way! I was so blessed in 2024 to work with so amazing families and I can’t wait to see where life takes me this year!

I am back
I’ve taken the last week off celebrating my sweet boys 5th birthday and as of yesterday I had ankle surgery! I found a lump in my ankle that was causing issues.
I am healing well and hoping this will help me support families better!

If you have tried to contact me in the last week I’ve taken a break and prepared for my surgery!

So sorry for the delay response if you have tried to contact me.
I’ll be getting back to my normal office hours really soon!

Hello!
Life update I’m still alive I just have taken sometime away from posting on here to give myself time and grace.
Early December 2023 we found out that we were expecting our third baby! We were surprised and excited to expand our family!
After carrying that sweet baby for 10 weeks we got the news no one wants to hear we’re sorry there’s no heart beat anymore. It wasn’t the easiest pregnancy I spotted the whole time and something felt off. But we dreamed of this babe we desired this baby!
After taking a couple months to take care of myself and family!

Fast forward to now I’m doing well still healing mentally and emotionally but doing well!
And I’ve been able to support some of the most amazing mamas this year already some return clients and some new! It’s truly gotten me through this hard time!

That being said since I’m no longer expecting my schedule has opened up a bit! For body movement clients, postpartum and a couple labor doula clients!
