Stressed?
Bring mindfulness to your breath and notice where you breathe. Do your shoulders and chest rise as you inhale? If so, breathe into your belly through your nose and exhale all the air out of your mouth. This will bring relaxation to your breath and therefore, the rest of your body.

For the past two years, I've been planning, growing, and healing so that I can be a better me. This me understands that the blocks I had to provide my services dealt with my deep belief that healthcare is a basic human right. Charging people for my services felt untrue to my being.
After helping a few friends recently, I realized that asking for money to give something that I would give freely to anyone who asked was preventing me from enjoying teaching. Even that word "teaching" has lost its power with me. I no longer want to teach; I want to heal others, and to do that, I am here to provide advice, guidance, and knowledge at no cost.
To stay true to my beliefs, I'm not here to ask for your money, votes, applause, or accolades. I'm here for YOU. To help YOUR journey to YOU.
