Ever notice that steaks cooked in restaurants tend to have a shine? They are usually finished with butter, which enhances the taste and appearance. Grilling is an option that reduces the fat needed for cooking ( especially for cuts of meat already higher in fat). It may not look as pretty as the restaurants steaks, but you can add different seasonings to make up for the flavor
