About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in providing a warm welcome and ensuring appointments run smoothly. Your work helps our providers focus on what matters most—caring for children.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and families with professionalism and empathy
Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage daily calendars
Verify insurance and collect copays
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and ensure clean data entry
Collaborate with all departments.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with EMR systems (Phreesia or Intergy is a plus!)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A caring, team-oriented attitude
