I have been working on developing time hacks for people to get fit. I would say the biggest time hack is DOUBLE UP!

This means find ways to work out during times you are busy. For example while you are at work can you use 20 of your 30 min lunch break to do a workout? Maybe bring bands with you. You could go on a walk during phone calls. Do calf raises while you wait for the microwave. Plan a bodyweight workout in between games at your kids baseball tournament. So if you truly don’t have time, try incorporating fitness while you are busy doing something else. Remember 5 minutes is better than no minutes.

Everyday we are faced with choices. Here are some chicken choices we may face. For reference plain chicken breast is 120 calories for 4oz. In the photo both are chicken nuggets. One is 220 cals, loaded with carbs at fat. The other is just 130 calories. Very low fat and low carb. Most ingredients are spices you have heard of. The other contains a lot of things and chemical I’ve never heard of. You don’t always have to give up things you love to eat to lose weight. Seek out alternative options and ways of cooking!

Took me awhile to learn but nutrition is more important in your athletic goals than you think. Knowing what to eat and when. I had to move my body weight up to compete in powerlifting again. This time I did it without eating like garbage, stayed lean, while putting up my best total. I used it to fuel performance. Now I’m using nutrition for a different goal of leaning out for men’s physique. Whatever you goals are let me know if I can help.

Nutrition counseling and monitoring, training programs, access to my app that has videos, smart watch integration, and progress tracking. More importantly you get accountability and someone in your corner. I don’t make you do any long term contracts or agreements. In fact my goal is to pour everything I have into you to try and get you to a point you don’t have to pay me anymore. If money is the issue I also do consulting. In those sessions I try and share as much as I can to get you up and running on your own.
