I have been working on developing time hacks for people to get fit. I would say the biggest time hack is DOUBLE UP!
This means find ways to work out during times you are busy. For example while you are at work can you use 20 of your 30 min lunch break to do a workout? Maybe bring bands with you. You could go on a walk during phone calls. Do calf raises while you wait for the microwave. Plan a bodyweight workout in between games at your kids baseball tournament. So if you truly don’t have time, try incorporating fitness while you are busy doing something else. Remember 5 minutes is better than no minutes.
