I've had a really intensely emotional couple of weeks. My grandpa passed away and while it was really heartbreaking to see my family in pain, I was able to provide them with messages from my grandpa regarding his funeral and what they all meant to him. Being able to provide so much love and insight in such a difficult time reminded me of how all this started....

I made a bit of name for myself as a Psychic Medium 6 or so years ago, right here on Facebook. But because of my own mental health issues, I had to step away and inevitably stop providing such an emotionally taxing service.

But seeing the love and hope I've instilled in so many people over the last couple of weeks, I've decided to give it another go.

The universe is a calling for you to concentrate and focus on a healthy mind and body. It’s doubtful that the other creatures waste the present in thoughts of past and future. A beaver only does beaver, and she does it right in the moment. She doesn’t spend her days wishing she were a young beaver again, or ruminating over the fact that her beaver siblings received more attention, or her father beaver ran off with a younger beaver when she was growing up. She’s always in the Now.

We can learn much from the world’s creatures about enjoying the present moment rather than using it up consumed with guilt over the past or worry about the future.

Practice living in the moment, and refuse to allow any thoughts based on your past to define you.

In most European traditions, wells are conduits for the life-giving nourishment of the ; they have their origins in it and bring gifts with them into this world. In , then, the well is an entrance to the Otherworld: a location where we can pass out of the everyday into a world of and possibility.

In the Grimms’ ‘Mother Holle, a young girl throws herself into a well to recover a lost spindle. She finds herself in a beautiful new world where she apprentices herself to a powerful old woman. As a result of her hard work, and because she was kind to all the magical beings she met there, the girl leaves enriched: quite literally covered in a shower of gold. Her unkind, lazy sister leaves covered in tar.

We never know exactly what we’re going to find in the dark depths of a well, but we can guarantee that our foray into the Otherworld will leave us utterly transformed. Whatever the nature of our journey and whatever wonders and strangenesses we might find as we walk our path, respect and reciprocity are everything. The fairy tale never succeeds in her tasks without and without the assistance of others, and at the bottom of a well, your and your can’t be hidden. Depending on how you behave there, a journey into the well might be a or a curse.
