I’ve also been helping the furry, the fluffy, the muddy, the majestic—and yes, even the stubborn—critters for 25+ years.

Certified in animal chiropractic and bodywork, I work with horses, dogs, and other animals who don’t respond well to, “Just stretch it out and walk it off.”

I’m not calling myself the Perimenopausal Mom… but if the CGM fits 😅

After years of navigating PCOS, hormone chaos, and other fun health detours, I’ve finally wrangled a lot under control (thank you herbs, food, testing, and stubbornness).

And then perimenopause said: “Hold my ovaries.”

Perimenopause/menopause doesn’t have to be miserable, uncomfortable and confusing. You just need to find the right help!

This is the time where most people stop working on their “resolutions”. Keep at it!!

Some go whole hog, all in and really miss the idea of sustainability. You may not see results right away, not shocked. It takes time!

Some start out with expectations that aren’t terrible realistic and stop because they are discouraged.

Just start slow. Find what is “doable” or what you can add to your day(not the biggest fan of subtracting) to create a lifestyle. That is what makes it sustainable. Just add 3 things. Keep it simple, have grace but DO them. When you feel comfortable, add something else. Be honest with yourself if something isn’t working or you aren’t being consistent with those 3 things.
