Any guesses to what this is?

I won’t leave you guessing for too long:) There my new go to replace my Gomacro Bars. As a business owner there are times where my lunch breaks are short so I usually have those bars at work. I decided to find a recipe to make them for the environment (packaging), cut some of the sweetness, and save. Plus, I love to cook. I found a great recipe from My Quiet Kitchen. I omitted the protein powder and brown rice syrup. They are delicious! The only thing is they don’t stay in the bar shape as I didn’t add the syrup. WHEN I AM AMONG THE TREES
 by Mary Oliver

When I am among the trees,
especially the willows and the honey locust,
equally the beech, the oaks and the pines,
they give off such hints of gladness,
I would almost say that they save me, and daily.
I am so distant from the hope of myself,
in which I have goodness, and discernment,
and never hurry through the world
but walk slowly, and bow o�en.
Around me the trees s�r in their leaves
and call out, “Stay awhile.”
The light flows from their branches.
And they call again, “It’s simple,” they say,
“and you too have come
into the world to do this, to go easy, to be filled
with light, and to shine.
