Just come in and put your donated toys in the box that’s located in the hallway!

Now untill December, Massages By Renae is an official location for toy donations for Toys for Tots!

We have a box from toys for tots for in the hallway of where we are located. As long as the building is open you can drop off toys!

They ask that the toys are new and unopened and please do not wrap them.

I’m so excited to be able to be apart of giving back to families during the holidays!

Unfortunately my family has lost a beautiful soul this week. My cousin Logan has passed away in a car accident earlier this week. Only 24 years old and gone way too soon. His laugh was contagious and his witty words were always the funniest. Naturally athletic, he could play anything and be amazing at it. He is truly going to be missed ❤️‍🩹
This funding will go towards his funeral. Anything would be appreciated.

Muscle of the week is the gastrocnemius also known as as your calf muscle.

This muscle is used daily and is often very sore. If you walk all day, drive often or even sit at a desk for your job this muscle can be over worked or stuck in the same position for hours at a time and is a great muscle to get worked on.
And to tie in the yoga move of the week, downward dog is a great stretch for this muscle.
