The Davenport Lutheran Home is a long term care facility specializing in all areas of elderly care. We provide respite, intermediate, and skilled care services. We have a Special Care Unit for dementia services, as well as Assisted Living Apartments and Independent Town Homes; so our residents can move throughout our continuum of care as their needs change.

We’re getting ready for a fun-filled Family Bingo Night, and we need YOUR help to make it extra special for our residents, families, and community! 💛

We’re collecting prize donations for all ages, including:
🎁 Toys & crafts for kids
🧺 Household items
🧴 Shampoo, body wash, lotions, perfumes
🪴 Fun knick-knacks & giftable goodies
✨ And anything else you think would bring a smile!

Happy Administrative Professionals Day to the one who truly keeps all of us going 💙

For over 25 years, Karla has been the heart of our community—keeping track of our hours, our schedules, our questions, and honestly… a little bit of our lives too.

She’s the one we all go to. The one who always knows the answer. The one who makes sure everything (and everyone) is taken care of.

We all know her face… and yes, I finally got permission to share it 😄 because behind that desk is someone who has quietly given so much of herself to all of us.

Our Easter Egg Hunt was such a beautiful success—and I can’t help but thank God for all of it. The sunshine, the laughter, the turnout… every detail came together just right 🙏🏽✨

Seeing so many smiles and families making memories filled my heart in the best way. This is exactly what it’s all about.
