Our classes run from 5:30am to 8:15pm most days. We lock the doors during classes. Check out our class schedule via our website. We are ALWAYS open 15 minutes before class.

She’s certified in Yoga, Stretch Therapy, Reiki, Holistic Kinesiology, Life Coaching & Sound Healing, and offers bilingual classes (English & Spanish) to make yoga accessible for all. 💫
