Trying a possibly new variety of our mushroom subscription item 🩷
Besides the striking bright pink color, they pretty much are the same as regular oyster mushrooms which is AMAZING 🤩
I made a Japanese curry soup with it and YES the beautiful color does fade under high heat just like many other beautiful things in life.
Absolutely delicious and meaty in the soup. Getting loaded nutrition and antioxidants they bring, LOVE it 💘🍄

I really believe some greens are just meant to be grown hydroponically because they are just the healthiest, most beautiful and have the highest level of nutrients when grown in water. Collard greens are one of them.
Cutting my first batch of trial today and the whole time I was amazed how perfect they looked.

I've been asked for quite some time now by our subscription customers how to use the unique items in our subscription. I used to direct people to our website for recipes but just most recently I thought I am just going to record videos of how I use them in my kitchen at home. It's the most direct way to connect with my customers and share ideas.

Our container farm (beloved nickname Farm1) is back to live with all kinds of liveliness! 🍓☘️today I just saw few of the very first green new leaves from the and the is also showing it's beauty. Super exciting and made me super happy 😆!!
Can't wait to taste them! 🤤
