Empowering Abilities At Empowering Abilities, we support people with disabilities at home, at work and the community. Empowering Abilities helps people achieve those goals.

People with disabilities have the same fundamental rights and needs as everyone else. They want to be loved, to feel worthy, and to be part of their community. By being consumers, employees, taxpayers, and neighbors, Empowering Abilities participants achieve a sense of belonging. From the work they do, they experience pride and satisfaction for doing a job well and being rewarded by a paycheck. By living in the community, they learn what it's like to pay bills and how to be a responsible citizen and a good neighbor.

This past weekend, several of our Empowering Abilities participants attended Night to Shine, and what an unforgettable evening it was! 💙

From the moment they arrived, they were welcomed with cheering volunteers, bright lights, and all the joy this special prom‑night experience brings. Our participants danced, laughed, took photos, and truly felt like the royalty they are. 👑✨
Events like Night to Shine remind us why inclusion matters. They provide opportunities for our participants to celebrate, connect, and experience pure joy in a supportive and loving environment.
