Mic drop 🎤! SO. MANY. ISSUES can be resolved if we looked at our daily habits and lifestyle. Make some tweaks (baby steps) and you’d be surprised what would change. Put in a few more steps everyday, replace French fries with cottage cheese, fruit or a salad, drink one more cup of water everyday… it doesn’t have to be complicated.

Through this journey of becoming a Naturopathic Doctor through German New Medicine and BioEnergetic Healing, it’s fascinating to me how certain emotions and traumas correlate with certain organs. Like the Pancreas for instance…it relates to losing the sweetness of life, not getting your needs met and/or a resistance conflict. How crazy is that?!?
