Our Client is a local Family owned Business looking to hire a part-time Office Manager averaging 15 to 20 hours a week learning all there office procedures with the ideal of becoming a full time position down the road. We are looking for an Office Manager responsible for clerical, administrative, and bookkeeping tasks using Quick Books.
The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and with a team. Duties include Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to branch policies. Manage phone calls and correspondence and Create and update records, spreadsheets Quick Books. Additional responsibilities include Managing inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary as well as Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
We are looking for 1 years plus proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. We are offering an hourly rate base of $16 up to $20 based on experience.
