Over the past several years, Dylan’s schedule has grown steadily, and we’re truly grateful for the trust so many of you place in his work. As that demand has increased, it’s become clear that maintaining the current pace long-term would make it difficult for Dylan to consistently provide the level of focus, energy, and hands-on care you deserve.

To support sustainability and treatment quality, Dylan’s session pricing will be adjusted effective April 1st, 2026. This change allows for a more balanced schedules and helps ensure Dylan can continue caring for clients at a high level for years to come.

Diego’s pricing will remain the same, and we encourage clients who are open to working with another therapist to consider scheduling with him. Diego delivers excellent, results-driven care and is a trusted part of our team. For many clients, he is a great option for maintaining progress while keeping care more budget-friendly.

🧭 Seamless Transition & Ongoing Communication
For clients who choose to transition to Diego, we will provide a brief onboarding process to support continuity of care. This ensures clear communication between therapists, alignment on treatment goals, and a smooth experience so your care remains consistent and effective.

We understand that budget plays an important role in care decisions, and there is no pressure to make changes if Dylan remains the best fit for your needs. Our goal is transparency, sustainability, and thoughtful scheduling that supports both our clients and therapists.

Just a reminder:

Starting July 1st all memberships will have a 3% processing fee attached to the payment. This has been in effect for some time now but it’s time to roll it out company wide. Because of this, some of you will not see a change on your monthly statement.

Thank you all for choosing us for your recovery and performance needs. We look forward to serving you for years to come.

Dylan’s schedule update

Dear clients,

I wanted to inform you that I will be on paternity leave from April 23rd to May 7th. During this time, your sessions will be covered by our other therapists to ensure you continue receiving care without interruption. If you have any questions about your appointments, please feel free to reach out.

Additionally, I will be making a schedule adjustment moving forward. I will now be taking every other Saturday off and replacing it with Mondays. This change will help balance my work/home life while continuing to provide quality care. The first Saturday off that will be starting the new schedule will be Saturday May 17th, & I will be working my first Monday on May 12th. If any of my Saturday clientele are able to do Mondays please reach out to me.

In hopes of getting as many toys as possible for the littles, each client that brings a toy will receive a $20 gift card TO GIVE TO A FRIEND OR NON-MEMBER!
