Everyone struggles with posture! Pains from bad posture can cause muscle tension and trigger points to build!
What are trigger points though?
They are spots in muscles that feel like a knot that can cause head aches, stiffness, it can reduce range of motion and just in general cause pain!
It also causes us to not want to have good poster because it hurts to have it! Thats there Trigger point therapy can help!
I specialize in Trigger Point Therapy!
During your massage sessions you can simply add it on by letting me know you would be interested in it, or we can specifically do a Trigger Point Therapy session.
But what's the Difference of adding it on or just doing a trigger points session? During a session like this you will keep your clothes on and lay on the table. I will work on the area causing dis comfort by holding those points found in the area of discomfort and manipulating the tissues around it! Where as a add on, it will be as well find them during a typical massage session using lotion under the sheets!
