👀Why daily?
Because calm doesn’t magically appear…I have to sit with it first 🙂↕️
🟣5–10 minutes of sunlight helps regulate my mood and sleep later
🟡pausing before the noise lowers my stress response for the rest of the day
And because when I breathe first, I react less and respond with more consciousness ✨
