Well said. What can you do today to recharge your batteries? Some ideas:
- go for a nice walk
- make that new recipe you've been meaning to try
- binge on your favorite tv show
- buy yourself something (cute socks? earrings? a new book?)
- clean out your car (get all that dirt and grime from winter off of it!)
- meet a friend for coffee
- call your best buddy

Message from the Council of 13 Indigenous Grandmothers:
