Something serendipitous happened this weekend...I finally cracked the egg-free, sugar-free, soy-free chocolate chip cookie code!
These allergen-friendly chocolate chip cookies cookies are soft, gooey, melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. It's only taken me maybeee 130 tries to get the cookies this good. And now, I want to share!

Dear Portland 》
While I didn't grow up here, I definitely became an adult here. I moved here at the ripe old age of 22 and oh! did I learn a lot.
The people I've met and experiences I've had from living here have touched my heart in ways that will stay with me forever.
I became a doctor here, made friends through the trenches of medical school, opened a business, cried a ton, became a better yoga teacher, devoted myself to my practice - yoga + medicine. Met the most amazing friends, found my love for handstands, and consequently the love of my life here.
I will forever be so grateful to this quirky, bike-friendly, foodie haven Rose City. Thank you for the beauty, the awe, and the container for growth.

Things are moving and shaking over here! Excerpt from this mornings' newsletter:
Personal Life Update ~ my partner, Ian, has been in the throes of medical school applications and recently accepted his acceptance into Touro University in California's San Fransisco Bay area. We are moving to the Bay!
For Oregon patients, I don't want to leave you wonderful Oregonians out to dry...and I don't want to leave you! After much thought and deliberation, I am going to keep my Oregon license & continue to see Oregon patients via tele-health while in California.
For Quad City patients, I'll still be coming to the Quad Cities to offer care, though once we're settled, I plan to come back with more frequency. It's much faster, cheaper, and easier to fly to the QC from SFO! More details on this coming soon.
But wait! There's more!
The QC location is moving 1/2 mile away to partner with our friends at Motherhood Matters.
Our Rockstar Health Coach, Monica, is going to be offering fitness classes through the clinic starting in late July, and this new location has the space to accommodate!
To help us find more equanimity through all these shifts, we'll be offering virtual-only sessions for the month of July. Thank you so much for your understanding! See you very soon!

Provider Spotlight: Monica!
Fun Fact: I am a huge Disney nerd! (Swipe for proof). For my birthday in recent years, I've been gifted Disney Villain/Princess socks and Jungle Book socks, along with some Disney Villain mini stories. I also have some Mickey Mouse shoes 😍 I have even participated in some Disney Trivia a few times, and my team always dominated! 🤓💪🏽
Professionally, I'm excited to announce:

I'm diving deeper into understanding more about hormones and how to support them through a woman's cycle via food and timing. It's CRAZY how much of this is not known yet, and I'm excited to bring this knowledge to clients!
