For the licensed professionals who are not familiar with our services that would like to refer their precious customers, we understand how hard you worked to get the business you have. We would like to reward you. Any customer referred to us, will always be your customer. If the customer decides to sell their home or acquire new properties, you will be contacted right away as we save your information in our database. You will also be compensated for entrusting us with your customer. Any owner that is referred that signs up for management and we rent their home, you will receive $400. Any owner that is referred that signs up for us to rent the property that do not wish to have management, will get referred $200. Any owner referred to us only for management will get a $200 referral once they are signed up. This option is for agents that like to keep their rental listings but do not wish to handle the management and collection of rent during the tenancy. I am always happy to come speak at any agency's meetings for more information on how we can make agents more money and keep their customers happy. Any home placed in our management program will under go a comprehensive inspection to insure that the home is in "rent ready" condition and any repairs that must be completed will be overseen by our company. This is very important as homes that meet our strict standards will usually command top rents and high tenant satisfaction ratings which encourages tenants to stay longer which reduces your costs and increases your cash flow.
