🌟 Empowering women to live their best lives I was not sleeping, I had chronic fatigue, brain fog, severe anxiety, weight gain, chronic joint and muscle pain, irregular periods, and I developed an extensive list of allergies. I knew I couldn’t continue down this road so I began researching ways to heal my body and mind naturally. After 3 years and lots of ups and downs, my body started to develop skin rashes, and my stress levels were at an all time high. I developed a chronic shoulder injury and I tore my calf muscle during a workout session. Despite all my efforts to heal, my stress was hijacking my health. In the summer of 2016, I was diagnosed with Leaky Gut syndrome. I sought out to heal myself with an integrative approach. I focused on dietary and lifestyle changes and I began to see progress in my body. Due to my own health experiences, I developed a deep passion for helping others find health and wellness. I became a Certified Health Coach and a 200-hour RYT Yoga Instructor. With a degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa, a certification in health coaching, my 200 RYT yoga training and a certification in Barre, I have been able to combine my passion for health and wellness with my desire to help others reach optimal health. I believe that the body is designed to heal itself when given what it needs. I believe in a holistic, integrative approach to health and wellness. We cannot simply exercise and eat our way to health. Although these things are very important, we must also manage our stress and sleep along with the proper nutrition and supplementation to allow the body to heal. I am passionate about bringing wellness to individuals through my life experiences and the experiences of my clients. I began my journey with Nutrition Works Holistic Health in March 2017 and have already seen improvement in my anxiety levels, as well as sleep patterns and the appearance of my skin. As soon as I came to Nutrition Works I knew I had found my new home. I am excited for the opportunity to partner with Nutrition Works and look forward to helping others on their journey toward health.

My Story

My health journey began in 2012, after a series of stressful life events; my health had taken a massive turn for the worse. I was not sleeping, I had chronic fatigue, brain fog, severe anxiety, weight gain, chronic joint and muscle pain, irregular periods, and I developed an extensive list of allergies.

I began my journey with NutritionWorks Holistic Health in March 2017 and I have had major improvement in my anxiety, sleep patterns, mood, digestion, energy levels; my thoughts are clear, I have balanced weight and the appearance of my skin has improved dramatically. Due to my own health experiences, I developed a deep passion for helping others find health and wellness.

I became a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, BioEnergetic Practitioner, a Certified Health Coach, Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Yoga/Barre Instructor. With a degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa, paired with my certifications, I have been able to combine my passion for health and wellness with my desire to help others reach optimal health.
