I don't about everyone else, but it seems like the time between Thanksgiving and New Year's Eve was only a week! It flew by fast!

Happy Sunday, Everyone!

It has been just over a month since I started going back to the gym, and this past week, I started Advocare's Slim & Trim system to help cleanse my body of toxins and rebuild with nutrients.

So far, with exercise better eating habits, and this system, I have lost 5 pounds. Woohoo!

This is Day 1... I started with oatmeal for breakfast. Now, off a baby shower/ luncheon for a coworker at Bahama Breeze. I have already planned what I am going to order...Fish tacos, side salad, and water with lemon.

In case you missed it on my personal profile, I joined my local gym 12/10/18 and started working out twice a week. I took a pic on 12/27/18 and another one 10 days later (see below).

I knew better than to try dieting before Christmas, so I started being more conscious of my food choices and looking for healthier options. I just got my Advocare products in today and am ready to begin my 14-day cleanse and replenish program. Read more about that in my next post!

I've just joined a local gym along with my stepsister, Patty, so that we can keep encouraging and motivating each other.
