I use to avoid social situations like the plague unless they were within mins of my house.

I would plot the nearest bathroom if I knew food was being served.

Absolutely terrified I’m going to s**+ my pants because I no longer had any control of my bowel movements.

I never knew if what I was going to eat was going to set off my stomach or not.

Now? I’m going to any event or social situation without a worry in the world.

Saving another reel or post with the latest gut health tip that may or may not work for you is what’s keeping you from seeing results.

You need to know the root cause to have a clear path of what is going to work for YOU!

I have told several clients you don’t need a probiotic.

I have told several clients that that healthy food they have been eating isn’t healthy for them.

I have told several clients what they should be eating instead.

I have told several clients that their 200 supplements on their counter aren’t working because their cant absorb them.

How do I know this? Performing the correct functional labs then creating a game plan based off their results.

These are the biggest things I see when my clients first start working with me that we have to get nailed before we start seeing any true results.

1. not getting enough protein, or eating a variety of protein

2. Taking a probiotic they never needed to begin with

3. Not eating enough polyphenols to feed other good gut bacteria

4. Avoiding random food hoping it fixes your gut issues

5. The all-or-nothing mindset. A lifestyle overhaul won’t stick.

6. Not getting enough prebiotics to fuel the good gut bacteria in our gut.

A quality probiotic will have👇
- >50 billion CFUs
- extremely diverse by containing multiple species of lactobacillus, bifidobacterium + streptococcus (good kind)
- comes in a veggie capsule or powder (no hard pressed tablets or gummies)

Reading labels on every product is a must to make sure it’s a quality product! This is something I teach all my clients.

Guessing is what is keeping you from getting real results.

Sometimes we can feel like we are doing everything right and we’re eating healthy but still be miserable and that’s because sometimes what is healthy for others is not healthy for us.

We take probiotics blindly, hoping they work and sometimes they just make us worse, and this is where testing comes in.

If you’ve heard your labs are normal then they probably never ran the right labs to begin with.

I see so many women dealing with all of this and no clear path on how to feel better.
