Day 4 of National Skilled Nursing Care Week was absolutely jampacked with excitement! The Little Horn Ranch made the trip from Adams, NE and brought some of their adorable animals to visit. Pockets definitely had to be checked for any stowaway bunnies.

We wrapped up the day with an amazing polka performance by the Kovar Brothers, filling the room with music, energy and plenty of smiles!

Day 3 of National Skilled Nursing Care Week was filled with color, creativity. And music. Our residents started the morning designing their own flower bouquets, filling the room with smiles and fresh blooms. In the afternoon, they enjoyed a wonderful performance by John Johnson, whose music brought joy and plenty of toe-tapping. What a lovely day of celebration and togetherness.

Day 2 of NSNCW was packed with energy and laughter! We kicked off the morning with a competitive round of ladder golf, enjoyed a rambunctious game of Granny Pants in the afternoon, and wrapped up the afternoon with delicious root beer floats.

🩺💊Yesterday we wrapped up Nurse's Week! With all our team members recent graduations we wanted to take a moment to honor all nurse's past, present, and future. Thank you to those who came before us and those who continue what we started as we look to the future! You taught and inspired us all to do great things! 🩺💊

We kicked off National Skilled Nursing Care Week with an unforgettable start! Our friends at Live Well. Go Fish took us out for a beautiful afternoon at Lake Wanahoo, where everyone got to relax, laugh, and cast a line during our outing. 🎣
Back at home, our residents and team members rolled up their sleeves and planted fresh blooms in our garden beds—such a joyful way to welcome spring together. 🌱
We wrapped up the day with a community cookout, and our hearts are full. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate the beginning of this amazing week with us! ❤️

To our long-term care nurses:

Thank you for doing 47 jobs at once, remembering everyone’s meds better than they do, and somehow still having the patience of a saint (and the humor to survive it all).

You don’t just provide quality care—you provide sanity, snacks, and the occasional detective work.

Honestly, if multitasking were an Olympic sport, you’d all have gold medals by now. We don’t say it enough, but you’re absolute legends. 🥇

We see you. We are thankful for you, your "Yes, I Can" attitudes, and your commitment to bringing "Dignity In Life" to our residents. We have no idea how you do it. Happy Nurses Week to the best of the best!!🩺😍
