This Quarterly Dignity in Action award is a unique, but special one. One of our leadership team members Allison Napier, ADON/MDS/RN was nominated for this award and to say she’s more than deserving is an understatement. Not only does she live and breathe the Mission, Vision, and Values of our company at work; she proudly promotes them in her personal life. She has been described as honest, fair, dependable, a great listener, a great teacher, a strong supporter, and many, many other things. Integrity drives every decision she makes, and she always put the residents, team members, and families before herself. She leads by example and seeks to understand, not just listen. Allison, thank you for being such a wonderful, essential, fun and most certainly the weirdest part of the leadership team here at Brookestone. You are caring, compassionate, and always display a “Yes I Can” attitude. Whether it's telling a joke to lighten a mood, sitting one to one with a resident, or jumping to work the floor to help with coverage, we know we can always count on you. (Though we could argue that you need to find some better jokes). You help promote Dignity in Life in so many ways for not only the residents, but the team here. We couldn’t do this without you. You are so deserving and thank you. We are all honored to work with you!
