Clinic director Tyler Horn earned a bachelor’s degree in physiology and kinesiology from the University of Florida and a doctor of physical therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Tyler’s clinical interests include orthopedics, sports injuries, injury prevention, and post-operative rehabilitation.

We are excited to announce the opening of our newest clinic in Wilmington - University Commons, NC. The clinic is located at 351 S College Rd Ste 27 and can be contacted by phone at 910-479-4588.

Clinic director Adam Jeffries previously held that position at BenchMark’s Myrtle Grove location. He earned an undergraduate degree in athletic training and exercise science and a doctor of physical therapy degree from Wheeling University.

Adam is certified in dry needling and trained in manual therapy. He specializes in sports-related injuries, orthopedic conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation.
