Christy has a passion to create a safe space for clients to usher in healing and restoration. She enjoys collaboratively working with others to set and reach their goals. She provides individual, family, pr***en and adolescent (ages 10+) therapy.
Christy has also gained several useful accreditations that aid in her counseling. She is a Prepare-Enrich facilitator and maintains several certifications in EMDR, TRM (Trauma Resiliency), CCMC (Military Certified), Gottman couples approach and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She also utilizes mindfulness, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Finally, Christy’s areas of special interest include: trauma, grief/loss, teen issues, depression, anxiety, anger management, boundaries, and relationship issues.
