✨When things get rough, just remember, in the moment, you're likely doing the best you can in the situation you're in and the energetic state you're meeting it from.✨Just that little bit of consciousness and awareness can help you make little changes, show up differently and therefore, do better.✨But don't beat yourself up if you had a bad day, yelled at the kids or your spouse, missed a meeting or appointment or were just plain crabby. ✨It doesn't mean that you brush off the behaviour or justify it or fail to apologize if you acted badly but you learn to love, accept and forgive yourself and find coping mechanisms and paths to consciousness that allow you to level up next time.✨And therefore, simply continue doing the best you can in each moment.✨You've got this!

The guidance 💫 that I'm talking about is available to you (yes, you 👈🏻!) at any time and you might not even realize it 🤷🏻‍♀️…. Those times when you say to yourself "I feel off" or something isn't right 😪 or “I don’t know why but it just felt right”, is a form of guidance...maybe you are getting a feeling about a relationship or a pending decision🤨 that's also a guidance.
It might come up when you’re tired or hungry in the form of an inner voice that says, "I know you're busy but take a nap" 😴 or a feeling that it would be best to eat a certain type of a food. 🍎🥦🧄🥩
It may sounds strange to hear this but receiving guidance is very normal, very everyday and happens in countless ways BUT…. It’s also very common to ignore it.
🤦🏻‍♀️ Whether or not we take heed or respond to the ways we are guided is what makes the difference. 😎
Do you often find yourself saying things like...."I had a bad feeling about that" or "it didn't feel right"? Just because your intuition doesn't come with proof or facts (out even logic sometimes) isn't a reason NOT to listen to it. Intuition and guidance are some of our greatest gifts and blessings when we tune in, lean in and trust!✨💕✨

💜How many of you are in the role of being a caregiver to a loved one who is losing their memory due to dementia, Alzheimers or other cognitive impairments? 💜 Or how many of you have parents, relatives or friends in this role? 💜

I ask because I think this role is embodied by more of you than I am even aware of and I'd love to hear about who you care for and the impact that being a caregiver has on your emotions if you're willing to share in the comments or message me privately. ✨💕✨ I'd also like to spread awareness for those of us who know people in this role but have never been in it ourselves because often the caregivers don't want to burden us with what they are going through or how freaking hard it can be but support is greatly needed.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer Fink, host of the Fading Memories Podcast for Alzheimer's Caregiver Support about how my beloved practice of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) can greatly help caregivers with the roller coaster of emotions they trying to process each day and all the various ways that caregiving can impact our energy system as a whole.

New year or not....let's Focus on what's going right....what you already have that is going well. There is truly so much...
Focus on the good things so you can multiply and then amplify them. It is really the law of attraction, plain and simple....because if you're focusing on what you don't have or spending your days complaining about what you lack or the things that aren't going right (as they relate to your opinion), you bring more of THAT into your life.
The anecdote to that feeling of void and lack is to give attention to what you want to see grow instead of what you want to go away. I didn't say it comes naturally or even easily at first but it is the secret and it does work!

Have you ever tried Yoga Nidre Meditations? 🧘‍♂️ Or, what is your FAVORITE kind of meditation?
After years of feeling like I was incapable of meditation, whether because of my racing thoughts, ADHD or the fact that I would simply fall asleep 😴 instead of making it to some supposedly higher level of consciousness or calm, I found a meditation from Gabby Bernstein that opened up a whole new world of what meditating could be like and how I could feel like I did it right, even if I got a nap at the same time.😴🤗 It was such a game changer for me. 😉👌
