Most people come in convinced their back is the problem.
But during our workshop, they quickly discovered something surprising…

She went from sleeping upright in pain… to picking up her daughter with ease 💪

Sherice’s back pain was so intense, she couldn’t even lie down to sleep.

And the worst part?

I’m really excited about this role because I get to combine my passion for rehab and chiropractic, focus on fixing the root cause of pain (not just treating symptoms), and help people stay strong and active for life.

Here are some fun facts about me:

✨ I wanted to be a veterinarian growing up, but I’m allergic to cats and dogs. (So no Bambi for a bit 😂)
✨ Blue is my favorite color—sky blue to be exact.
✨ My first job was as a ballet teacher.
✨ Christmas is my favorite holiday.

Here are 2 alternatives you can use as a cool down:

1. Walking 5-10 minutes (my personal favorite)
2. Just relax and chill for a bit

There’s certain situations where stretching could be indicated; but for the majority of people, there are better alternatives out there.

👉 Does this mean we need we shouldn’t stretch? Absolutely not. This just means that it’s not necessary.
