🎀After a super long night, we thought we had a Singleton. Ran out and bought replacer because momma was in a panic, never made a nest and was hopping all over it. All ready to handraise a baby like I don’t have enough going on. 🐰Little did we know, she just wanted a bigger pad and to finish alone. ✨ Boosting Brain Power Through ! ✨

🎀At Distinctively Abled, we love finding fun, engaging activities like this one that not only bring smiles but also strengthen important skills. This is all so useful for building bilateral coordination and the skills needed for riding! Many activities we participate in on horseback are geared toward this type of neuropathic development!

Bilateral coordination exercises get both hands moving in different ways by activating both sides of the brain. This type of movement can:
🎀 Improve motor skills for daily activities
🎀 Enhance focus & concentration
🎀 Strengthen neural pathways, helping both brain hemispheres work together
🎀 Build spatial awareness

Potty Training Progress!🧻
At Distinctively Abled🎀, we've been hard at work supporting our little ones through a summer of potty training success and we're so proud of the growth we've seen as everyone gets ready for the new school year!
One of our favorite resources?
Diapers Are Not Forever. The entire series of books is amazing and I use them in over 18 Broward County Public Schools as a Behavior Specialist in their Early Childhood Education program. It is definitely a favorite among our families during this important transition. They are also available on YouTube for free which is helpful during potty time!

To all the parents, caregivers and little learners working on building independence....you're doing amazing. We're here to help!
