RAW Liquid Glycerol — is bigger always better (for muscle pumps)? 💧💪
Not always. Glycerol can make your muscles look/feel “bigger” short-term because it helps pull and hold water inside the muscle (cell hydration), which can increase pumps and workout fullness.
But here’s the truth:
✅ Bigger pump ≠ more muscle gained overnight
✅ It can help you train harder (better pump/comfort/endurance for some people), and that can support growth over time
✅ Too much can backfire: bloating, stomach issues, headaches, or feeling “sloshy” if your electrolytes/water aren’t right
How to use it smarter:
• Start small (don’t jump to max scoops day 1)
• Pair with enough water + electrolytes
• Best for high-volume training days or when you’re chasing a pump
• If you’re already eating/drinking a lot, you may not need much at all
