In today’s music therapy session, we utilized egg shakers and scarfs to facilitate color exploration. By associating each color with a specific rhythm and movement, client engaged in a sensory-rich experience that promoted cognitive and kinesthetic processing. Through this activity, we had the opportunity to work on color recognition, gross motor skills, following directions, and self-expression in a therapeutic setting.
