We are so honored to welcome Noël Murray to our space!

Noël is a certified holistic nutritionist, Ayurvedic bodywork therapist, retreat curator, chef, and movement educator devoted to supporting wellness through an integrative, whole body approach. Her work honors the connection between mind, body, and soul, weaving together nourishment, movement, and therapeutic touch to cultivate balance, resilience, and vitality.

Drawing from her background in nutrition, mindful movement, and Ayurvedic healing practices, Noël guides individuals toward sustainable, embodied wellness. Whether leading movement classes, offering Ayurvedic lymphatic bodywork, or curating immersive retreat experiences, she creates spaces that restore clarity, strengthen the body, and nourish emotional well being. Her approach empowers clients to live with intention while making aligned lifestyle choices that support lasting harmony and vibrant health.

What is Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Lymphatic Bodywork?
Ayurveda, meaning “the science of life,” is a traditional healing system rooted in balance that supports the body by aligning daily habits, nutrition, and therapeutic treatments with your unique constitution. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, works to restore flow within the body’s systems so deeper healing can occur.

Ayurvedic is a gentle yet powerful therapy designed to stimulate lymphatic circulation, reduce stagnation, and support natural detoxification. Through rhythmic, intentional touch, this treatment helps decrease puffiness and inflammation, calm the nervous system, enhance immune function, and reconnect you to a grounded sense of vitality.

We are so excited to bring this nourishing offering into our community and cannot wait for you to experience Noël’s work. Now booking on Monday’s and every other Friday.

weave wisdom club | 🌑 Pisces

The Art of Becoming ࿓
As winter softens and spring begins to stir, we gather in the liminal space where what has been unseen begins to take form. This is the season of rebirth, when quiet dreams root deeply and intentions planted in the dark reach toward the light with renewed life.

This month’s Weave is devoted to the dreaming body, the intuitive body, the body that knows before the mind can explain. As the energy of spring rises, we turn toward the subtle currents within, refining our ability to perceive, discern, and trust what is emerging.

Under waters, we will explore visioning as a disciplined openness rather than forced clarity. You will be guided to access the deeper language of sensation, image, and inner knowing that lives beneath logic and habit.

Led by Tiffany and Lydia, this gathering integrates the grounded wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the embodied intelligence of . Through intentional movement, meridian-based awareness, , and subtle body practices, you will be taught how to cultivate as a refined and reliable skill.

This is a structured immersion and a masterclass in intuitive development. You will learn how to listen inward with precision, how to distinguish fear from knowing, and how to strengthen trust in the dreams that are ready to come to fruition.

Through guided practice, reflection, and ritual, we hold a clear container for what is ready to bloom and for the becoming already underway.

We would be honored for you to join us.

In , the feet are considered a microsystem, meaning the entire body is reflected through specific points on the feet. Organs, spine, lymphatics, and the nervous system are mapped in miniature.

With more than 7,000 nerve endings in each foot, stimulation here sends powerful sensory input to the brain. This input influences circulation, fascial tone, and most importantly the autonomic nervous system.

For me, this has been a deeply personal cultivation. I was diagnosed with traumatic foot dystonia after an ankle break. Effortless movement and ease became far less accessible. What once felt automatic began to require conscious effort.
Through navigating this diagnosis, I have gained a profound respect for the feet as our grounding system, our bridge between the nervous system and the earth.

Working the diaphragm and solar plexus points in the arch can feel profoundly regulating. Softening along the spinal reflex line supports parasympathetic tone. Stimulating kidney and adrenal reflex areas can help the body shift out of chronic stress patterns.

For me, reflexology has not just been symptom support.
It has been reconnection and an opportunity to ground.
This therapy has been nervous system repair through the foundation of my body.

Foot reflexology benefits include:
• Nervous system regulation and parasympathetic support
• Improved circulation and lymphatic flow
• Reduced muscle guarding and tension patterns
• Enhanced proprioception and brain body communication
• Hormonal and adrenal support
• Emotional grounding and stability

This is exactly why we offer Happy Feet Reflexology, a targeted session designed to support regulation, stability, and whole body connection starting at your feet.

Everything is vibration.

Your body is not solid in the way it appears. At a cellular level it is movement, rhythm, oscillation. The heart pulses. Neurons fire. Fascia conducts subtle electrical current. Fluids circulate in waves. Even your thoughts create measurable frequencies in the brain.

When the body is healthy, these rhythms are coherent.
When there is stress, trauma, inflammation, or emotional holding, the rhythm becomes dissonant.

Sound is organized vibration.

Because the body is largely water and conductive tissue, it responds quickly to frequency. Sound waves travel through fluid up to four times faster than through air. This is why vibration can be felt deeply during tuning forks, singing bowls, chanting, or solfeggio tones played in a treatment space.

This process is called resonance and entrainment:
• Resonance is when a frequency matches the natural frequency of tissue or an energy center, it amplifies and harmonizes it
• Entrainment is when the body’s rhythms synchronize with a steady external rhythm, like breath syncing to music

We see this physiologically:
• Slower tempos can downshift the nervous system into parasympathetic rest
• Low frequencies can feel grounding and stabilizing
• Higher tones can stimulate alertness or meditative states
• Repetitive rhythm supports brainwave regulation

Sound does not “fix” the body. It reminds it of coherence.
Here are some of my favorite frequencies to explore!

𖧷 174 Hz Foundation / Pain Relief
Grounding, physical healing, safety in the body

𖧷 285 Hz Tissue Repair
Cellular healing, regeneration, energetic reset

𖧷 396 Hz Liberation from Fear & Guilt
Root chakra clearing, releasing trauma patterns

𖧷 417 Hz Clearing Negative Energy
Facilitates change, dissolves stagnant energy

𖧷 528 Hz DNA Repair & Love Frequency
Heart opening, transformation, harmony

𖧷 639 Hz Connection & Relationships
Communication, unity, relational healing

The shift is here. From shedding to ignition.

We have closed the year of the wood snake.
A year of significant releasing, quiet transformation and deep listening.

Now we feel the shift from Wood to Fire.
From inner cultivation to visible radiance.

The Fire Horse carries bold momentum. This energy is
heart centered and palpable. During this shift, movement replaces stillness, passion replaces patience, visibility replaces incubation.

As we transition, ask yourself:
What skin have I outgrown?
What vision is ready to move?
Where am I being called to shine?

This is a powerful time!
Fire energy can feel very stimulating, so let’s
prepare your nervous system for expansion.
This is your reset moment.

Our lunar reset offerings:
SHED
Lymphatic Massage + Infrared Sauna
$200

IGNITE
Acupuncture + Red Light + B12
$125

Happy Lunar New Year!

Three generations. One circle of care. ○

Patricia first came seeking help with a digestive issue.
She later brought her mother to support her movement and overall health. We then welcomed her daughter to receive care for fertility, pregnancy and preparation for motherhood.

This is the medicine I believe in.
From womb to wisdom, women deserve to be supported through every transition.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we do not treat isolated symptoms. We support cycles, tissues, blood, nervous system, spirit.

When one woman is regulated, the whole lineage feels it.

If you have ever wished for care that honors every phase of a woman’s life, this space was created for you. ☾

A reflection on yin and yang on Valentine’s Day . . .
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, yin and yang are not opposing forces in conflict. They are complementary energies in relationship. Yin is cooling, receptive, nourishing, inward. Yang is warming, activating, expressive, outward. One cannot exist without the other. Each contains the seed of the other.

Health in is not about choosing one. It is about dynamic harmony. Too much yang and we burn out. Too much yin and we stagnate. The art is in the dance.

psychology mirrors this through ha and tha, the solar and lunar channels, pingala and ida nadis. When these currents are balanced, prana flows freely through the central channel, awakening clarity, vitality, and presence. The union of opposites is the foundation of wholeness.

On Day, we often focus on romantic love. The deeper invitation is integration.

Can you honor your inner masculine, the part of you that protects, directs, and initiates?
Can you soften into your inner feminine, the part that receives, feels, and trusts?

In relationships, we often project these polarities outward. Yet yoga and TCM remind us that the truest partnership begins within. When we reconcile our own sun and moon, we stop seeking completion and begin relating from fullness.

without is collapse.
Yang without yin is force.
Together they create rhythm.

This sacred interchange is where holding and surrendering become equal, where structure supports softness, where strength makes space for tenderness.

We hope this day reminds you how special and whole you truly are. And if you have the gift to mirror this harmony with your outside relationships, what a blessing it truly is.

“You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” - Buddha

We wish you a beautiful, heart-filled day.
Tiffany & Lydia

We are endlessly thankful for the women who gather here. For the laughter, the holding, the sisterhood.
