Here are 3 simple ways to manage stress for peak performance this holiday season:

1️⃣ Breathe to Reset: Try 5 minutes of deep, intentional breathing (inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale for 4). It lowers cortisol and calms the mind.

2️⃣ Move with Intention: Gentle mobility work or a quick walk can relieve tension and improve focus when the stress piles up.

3️⃣ Set Boundaries: Protect your time by saying “no” to what doesn’t align with your priorities. You can’t pour from an empty cup!
