Should doctors offer the elderly woman over 65, menopausal hormone replacement (HRT)? Lucky for us, the answer was published in 2024 by Dr. Seo H. Baik in the Journal, Menopause. Dr. Baik examined Medicare records for 10 million senior Medicare women from 2007-2020 Showing considerable benefits and very few downsides.

𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗸𝗶𝘁. After publication on Amazon 5 years ago, Amazon has blocked the sale of my book, Cracking Cancer Toolkit, claiming "offensive content". The book earned many 5 star reviews, and was ranked in the top 30 of "Oncology" books. Amazon refused to disclose exactly which content was offensive. In fact, there is no offensive content, other than to the bottom line of the chemotherapy industry which competes with repurposed drugs for cancer treatment. Should I offer the e-book as a pdf file for FREE ?

𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀. In 2013, Dr.Vakkat Muraleedharan studied the effect of testosterone replacement in 581 males with type 2 diabetes followed for 6 years. 343 patients had normal Testosterone levels greater than the 300 ng/dL cut-off, and 238 patients had low testosterone levels, less than 300 ng/dl. Of the 64 diabetic men treated with testosterone, most were treated with testosterone gel (85%) and lesser number 15% with injections. The group with low testosterone had increased mortality rate of 17.2% compared to 9% mortality in the normal testosterone group. The effect of testosterone treatment (n=64) was decreased mortality rate of 8.4% compared to the higher mortality of 19.2% for the untreated low testosterone group (n=174). (see chart below) Dr.Vakkat Muraleedharan writes: Conclusions: Low testosterone levels predict an increase in all-cause mortality during long-term follow-up. Testosterone replacement may improve survival in hypogonadal men with type 2 diabetes. The chart below shows this reduction in mortality for diabetic males using testosterone.
