Post-game glow… or just sweat? 🏀 Saturday morning hoops with the boys — smiles, sore legs, and already counting down to next week.
I’m able to keep doing this week after week because I take care of my joints, my recovery, and my overall health — from staying active, to dialing in my nutrition, to using regenerative medicine, peptides, and targeted training.
