“Spell for When You’ve Had Enough” reads less like a spell and more like a reclamation. It speaks to the moment when exhaustion replaces patience and clarity becomes necessary for survival.

The verses focus on calling your power back — releasing guilt, quieting fear, and naming what drains you. The repeated boundary statement, “Not today. Not this time. My energy is mine,” acts as an affirmation of sovereignty. It reframes overwhelm into choice.

The imagery of candlelight, moon phases, and grounding elements mirrors the theme of steadiness. Even in chaos, there is a center. Even in noise, there is a voice that can calmly say no.

At its heart, this piece is about boundaries, restoration, and self-selection. Choosing yourself isn’t selfish — it’s stabilizing. The closing line seals that intention with resolve.

When you’ve had enough, clarity is strength.
When you choose yourself, balance returns.

What a beautiful song to go with a braiding morning.

Who we are

We began in the early 90’s, Mom and Daughters. We decided that it was a good idea to create a family business and since we had all become Marriage & Family Therapists, after coming from different careers & educational backgrounds, this sounded like a great idea. And almost 30 years later, we continue as a strong family owned and operated business in downtown Davie. Same location, just bigger & better.
