Happy flex Friday y’all!

This is my lil firecracker Hattie!
Can I just say what a huge transformation this girl has done to finally step on the NPC stage for the very first time!
She’s officially Nationally qualified!
She’s won 4 metals in bikini & placed in all her classes.

I started working with back in May of this year to prep her for her very first NPC debut.
My girl has dedicated years & years of training in order to slowly sculpt the body and develop the muscle maturity she needed for this sport.
We all know competing in bodybuilding is not for the faint of heart.

I’m so honored & proud to have you apart of my team.
You’ve showed your dedication to not only the sport, but towards yourself! You believed in yourself every step of the way despite any obstacles and that’s a win on its own!

Now you have 4 beautiful trophies to remind you that YOU are your own competition.

Enjoy this offseason babygirl because we stepping on that national stage in 2022!

📖 🤓 Story Time!
I am truly blessed beyond measures to have such dedicated athletes on my team.

When I started my coaching journey it was back in 2013, Fast forward to a few years ago where I met Katy .slimkaty through on IG and we both took a leap of faith on eachother.

I was in search for athletes who were dedicated to this sport. I was blessed that she had already competed and was itching for more stage presence.

After working with Katy for almost 4 years competing in the Bikini category she finally took the plunge and entered into a relatively New category here in the US more geared to her natural body type called wellness.
(More mass on that ass lol) there’s more factors but yeaaaa…

This weekend she competed in her first wellness competition and brought home the gold metal 🥇.

She won 1st place in her wellness height class and is officially nationally qualified In a category she prepped for 3 weeks (post bikini show) versus competing in bikini for 4 years straight.

This is A very first 1st place win for our Doux Fit Fam!

Some of us feel completely accomplished after that first place prize but Katy on the other hand is even hungrier than she was before. She’s ready for this long off season to reset, grow, and live her life!

Thank you for staying true to yourself. Thank you for believing in me as your Coach. and thank you for every show experience I’ve had with you thus far!
I love you and I can’t wait for the moment you get that Ifbb pro card!
The future is yours!
