I have worked with the older population, in hospice, and have provided bereavement counseling to children, adolescents, and adults alike. I currently specialize in working with caregivers of persons with chronic illnesses and/or experiencing mild depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, adjustment disorders, marital difficulties, life transitions and every day stress.

Julie Galiñanes is currently accepting new clients and offers daytime appointments in-office, online (video) counseling, and also provided home visits. Counseling may also be offered in Spanish.
