Celebrating Lexi Arena and her 2-year anniversary with Integrated Fitness 👏

Yesterday was a perfect example of who Lexi is.

She was side-by-side with our Doctors of Physical Therapy in our clinical meeting—continuing to grow and refine her skills.

Then she stepped into a leadership role in our team meeting, presenting on organization and efficiency—something she truly excels in.

Lexi holds a degree in Exercise & Sport Science from Nova Southeastern University and is an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer.

Over the past two years, she has developed a true strength in working with clients dealing with pain and limitations—helping them build strength, stability, and confidence safely.

She excels in:

✔️ Balance & fall prevention
✔️ Building consistency for long-term results

A former collegiate athlete, she brings discipline and structure—but what truly sets her apart is her ability to meet clients where they are and help them progress with confidence.
