Yesterday at the Best Buddies Walk, we had so much fun connecting, laughing, and being part of a community that truly celebrates neurodiversity. Seeing the joy, the support, and the representation of neurodivergent individuals and their families—it matters more than words can explain.

These are the spaces where belonging happens.
Where differences aren’t just accepted… they’re valued.

and the pressure multiplies while support often shrinks.

More masking.
More code-switching.
More being misunderstood.

A lot of teens feel pressure to fit in—to act, dress, think, or speak a certain way just to be accepted. But fitting in often means hiding parts of yourself.
Belonging is different.

Belonging means you get to be fully you—without shrinking, pretending, or performing.

March 2nd reminded us that teen mental wellness matters every single day.

Teens today are carrying more than we see—pressure, comparison, anxiety, identity struggles, isolation.
Behind behaviors are emotions that deserve care, not criticism.

If you’re a teen reading this: your feelings are valid.
If you’re a parent or caregiver: listening without panic can change everything.
