I’m excited to join FIT4MOM Davis for their Ask the Expert series on Monday, March 30 at Community Park!

After the morning workout, I’ll be hosting a relaxed picnic blanket chat about lactation and infant feeding, with time afterward for questions. If you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or navigating feeding your baby, come by and say hi!
